Not a minute too soon, n’est-ce-pas?
The choices are head-spinning, the status symbol messages overwhelming, what’s a girl to do?
Or, maybe you’re like me: One pair forever, change the prescription so I have not only sun protection, but also can recognize relatives and stop lights at a distance. They’re the Ray-Bans on the bottom. I’ve had them for 10 years. I think they’re neither “in” nor “out.” They also fill-in as a stunning headband. Another twofer — actually three because of the prescription.
If you’re not nearsighted why not have an entire wardrobe of colorful, whimsical sunglasses?
Another side-benefit I LOVE is if you’re in a huge hurry they cut at least five minutes out of cosmetic application time — no shadow, no liner, no under-eye cover cream, no eyelash curling, no mascara. Sunglasses, gloss and out the door.
