It’s a glorious day today, chilly, but gorgeous sunshine. I noticed yesterday while I was searching in the garden for leaves, berries and flowers to fill out my weekend bouquets that the buds are about to burst open on our forsythia which, for me, is always the official announcement that at last spring has arrived.
Last night we had a dinner party, we were eight counting us, and each couple brought some form of Easter chocolate. I thought that was adorable. I also thought you might like to see some of the creative ways French chocolate makers work their magic on the divine substance we all crave (from time to time at least).
Next week I should be back on my regular posting schedule.
