Charlotte is feeling much better. It’s been a while since I showed you a picture of her. She is the sweetest dog.
Plans for the day: touch-up balayage and a pedicure with semi-permanent polish, which I have grown to appreciate particularly when swimming in chlorinated water.
You’re probably a little tired hearing about how much daily pleasure I get from knowing that my hair looks perfect and that my toes are bright and shiny. (I’m actually writing this post as I sit in the salon waiting for my color to “cook” – or whatever it does to make me plus blonde que blonde.)
I somehow feel as if most of my daily grooming is done for the day before I get out of bed when these details are accomplished.
On an every day morning it would take me five minutes to dress and five minutes to apply makeup, then out the door or more likely, rev up my computer to write for you. For a day in Paris, the procedure would take a little longer. . .
A demain mes très chers amis (for something special).
