Yesterday I had lunch in Paris with a woman who will most definitely become a friend. We had a cyber introduction by a mutual friend in New York. My new friend is an American living in Paris who also travels frequently back to her hometown, Manhattan.
It was another one of those marathon lunches where you realize immediately, oh, yes I really like her. Lately, with so many of my friends and acquaintances, the same theme seems to be on our minds: Reinvention.
I know I talked about this a while ago and plan to talk more about it with you in the hope that you are as interested by the phenomenon as I am. (Do let me know.)
I’ll tell you about our conversation, and others I’ve had over the last few months in another post. Today I want to show you two absolutely gorgeous videos by my great friend Sharon Santoni of the perfectly charming and beautiful blog, My French Country Home.
These videos, one might consider a slight reinvention growing out of Sharon’s book and blog or perhaps more accurately an extension of her exceptional talents and the way she portrays her very personal and superb vision of l’art de vivre in France.
The videos are particularly fun because it feels like we are literally with her as she shows us how to decorate a holiday table and then takes us on a little trip investigating one of her favorite places and looking at some of her favorite things.
Please join me and sign-up to her YouTube channel so that we won’t miss any of her new videos.
To be sure to receive any new videos from My French Country Home, just click on the red subscribe button on the YouTube page, and if you change your mind then its just as easy to unclick to unsubscribe!
I’m sure you won’t change your mind.
